Kori is a neurodivergent, fourth generation Japanese American, second generation Filipino American, podcaster, and empowerment coach currently residing in Albany, NY.

A member of the Lutheran Church of the Holy Spirit, Kori grew up in a mixed religious household and was unchurched before being led by the Spirit. Kori aspires to be a clinical psychologist where she can serve the marginalized in society with their greatest challenges and needs.

In her role as Communications Specialist, Kori works directly with the Bishop and Synod Staff to create synod wide communications including, but not limited to: digital and print media, web content, electronic newsletters and publications, social media, podcasts, and videography.
